Molly Tarlov has been an American actress since 2011. She is best known for her character Sadie Saxton, the star of Awkward - a teen drama comedy TV show. Tarlov was one of two daughters, born and raised by her grandparents in Manhattan. in the Little Red School House performance of Bye Bye Birdie she played the role of Mrs. Peterson. She was the most popular actress in a group 7th graders. Her summers were spent studying at NYU Tisch and Interlochen Center for the Arts. Bennington College granted her a bachelor's degree in theater. The Atlantic Theater Company, in which she was a participant as well, taught her to combine acting and writing in classes like the LAByrinth Theater's Master Class. Molly traded in her black winter coat in exchange for a pair of black sunglasses and made her way out to Los Angeles. After a brief period she was offered a tiny appearance on iCarly which garnered a lot of interest from her family. Since then, she's appeared in a number of TV series and portrayed Caitlin as the lead protagonist in Winnie as well as Savannah Dooley's ABC Family show Huge. Molly is a fan of thinking she's an athlete, however she's actually not. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
