Markie Post was born in the USA and is an acclaimed actress. She has played her roles as Christine Sullivan the public defender in NBCs Night Court, Terri Michaels as the bail bondwoman Terri on ABCs The Fall Guy drama series and Georgie Anne Lahti Hartman the sitcom Hearts Afire by CBS. Alongside acting, she's also part of several games series. Daughter of the poet Marylee Post and scientist Richard F. Post she was raised along with two of her brothers within Walnut Creek. She attended Las Lomas High School where she played cheerleading. She studied briefly at Pomona College before graduating from Lewis & Clark College. Post married Stephen Knox in the past. In 1982 she was married to actor cum writer Michael A. Ross with who they have two children.
